The Legal Clinic Network (LCN) is a registered Iraqi NGO network supporting civil society organizations in the delivery of quality legal aid to vulnerable populations, raising vulnerable Iraqi citizens’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities under Iraqi law, and advocating for legal reform on behalf of vulnerable populations. The LCN is an umbrella organization of 31 registered Iraqi civil society organizations (CSOs) that provide direct legal aid services in 15 federal governorates through static and mobile legal clinics.
Submission of offers will be as follows:
- To obtain the files of the request for quotations and technical conditions standards, please open the attached files (here) that contain all the details. All questions related to this tender must be directed via email to procurement@lcniq.org, or by visiting the Legal Clinics Network office located in Baghdad, Al-Harithiya, near Al-Dahwi Hospital.
- It is very important to stamp and sign each page of the quotation solicitation forms with signature and date.
- The Legal Clinics Network encourages all potential suppliers to request consultations and inquiries from the organization’s procurement team periodically to find out any changes that may occur to the current quotation solicitation or the attached documents.
